Jo's Coffee Barn is currently only a mobile drink truck. We were founded in 2023 by Bobbie Jo and Cadence. Plans to open a brick and mortar shop are in the works. We offer premium drinks that are made fresh with quality ingredients. Such as Smoothies, Shakes, Milk Teas, Iced Teas, Boba Drinks, Chias and more.

Bobbie Jo and Cadence
This mother and daughter business started over the love of road trips. During one road trip they discovered Boba Tea and had to have it even when they were back home. Unfortunately, there wasn't very much Boba in Wisconsin at the time, especially in small town New Holstein. So the business began.
